Which?: Galaxy S4 wins battery life test

Samsung's Galaxy had the longest battery life in a test of seven popular smartphones, with twice the call time of the low-ranking iPhone 5.

Each phone's battery life was tested for call time and internet use by Which? and the Samsung Galaxy S4 was a clear winner in both categories.
The popular phone offered more than 1000 minutes of call time or 400 minutes of internet use before its battery life ran out.
Apple's iPhone 5 came second from last in both tests, with less than half the call time of the Galaxy S4 at just 499 minutes.

The results reflect similar result rankings from tests of the phones' processing time earlier this week, where the Galaxy S4 again came first and the iPhone 5 was last.

Of all the phones tested for battery life, the Nokia Lumia 920 offered the least amount of time for both call time and internet use, with just 235 minutes of internet time.
